I wrote music for a number of shows on this network (now called TruTV) from 1996-2000 including Crime Stories, The Greatest Trials of All Time, Legal Cafe, Snap Judgment, Justice Factory, and Your Turn, mostly with talented producers Lynne Kirby and Lori Siegel. I got to write a couple of fun pieces in my true medium, TV theme songs.
New track from my tribal electronica project, ”Biblical Digital”. Music for flying across the desert on a hovercraft while contemplating transformation. CREDITS: Josh Sitron – Synths, Drum Programming, Melodica; Eric Biondo – Trumpet; Kevin Raczka – Drums
The finale song I wrote with my Centralia brothers for the 2002 Fringe Festival show Genericahas been licensed by the Showtime Network and is being used as the centerpiece of their On-Air Promo campaign entitled, ‘The Best Shit on Television’, featuring a montage from the Original Series: Weeds, Dexter, the Tudors, and others, in what may be the first R-rated ad campaign in the history of American Television. And I’m singing on it! There is some incidental music at the beginning of the video, our song begins 30 seconds in and continues until the end of the promo.
This is my favorite track among all of the music I’ve made. Somehow, it expresses my inner heaviness, & passion the most truly. It’s intense. And so am I.
Blackfeet pow wows fly over a driving minimalist electronica.
